This year, VDW began working with two new clients: Jericho Cafe & Tavern and Oppenheimer & Close. Both clients needed an upgrade to responsive websites that would provide visitors with an optimal web experience no matter what device or screen size they were using.
VDW has successfully launched the largest and longest-running project of our 15 year history with KSE Focus. This robust web application helps clients make business decisions by categorizing, searching, and digesting over 1,000,000 records of data.
Responsive web design is becoming the standard to ensure seamless functionality and appearance on any device. This fall, VDW launched two revamped, fully responsive websites for a couple of our long-time clients.
Vermont Code Camp is an amazing annual technology event happening this Saturday, September 19 at UVM’s Kalkin Hall. VDW is sponsoring the affair alongside many other tech-gurus in the area including Dealer.com, MyWebGrocer, C2, and Evolution HMC Technology.
It’s mid-July so it must be Flynn Series time again! And whenever the new Flynn Series site launches, you can be sure our web development team has been busy! A collaborative effort between Vermont Public Radio and the Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium, Eye on the Sky is a Vermont weather resource that provides useful recreational, gardening and astronomical forecasts and much more. As part of the new Fairanks site, we were tasked with overhauling the Eye on the Sky site as well, including creating new archiving functionality as well as integration for forecast audio, along with a slew of other custom features.
After the successful launch of the Community of Observers website for the Fairbanks Museum back in 2012, it was only natural that we partnered together again on their next, larger web project – the complete overhaul and redesign of the Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium main website.
Have you heard the news….2015 is the Year of Arts in Vermont! While we need little excuse to celebrate the arts more than we already do, this year marks the 50th Anniversary of the State’s commitment to building and supporting artistic endeavors through the leadership of the Vermont Arts Council. Take a look at our favorite resources on the Council’s site to explore the arts and learn how VDW partnered with the Council to launch their new website.
